Condition Survey

We sounding-test the entire foundation for delamination (hollow spots), mark repair boundaries 2" beyond visible deterioration, and probe rebar for corrosion extent.

Removal & Surface Prep

Deteriorated concrete is removed to sound material by chipping or hydrodemolition. Corroded rebar is cleaned to bare metal (NACE SP0108) and treated with corrosion inhibitor.

Repair Material Application

Can you colour-match the repair material?
